Marriage, according to Webster, is the state of being united to a person of the opposite sex as husband or wife in a consensual and contractual relationship recognized by law.

So why the fuss from the LGBT community?

Example:  as an atheist, I’m not upset that the Christians have a god.  I don’t somehow feel left out of the “must be this tall to ride” circle of fun.  Let’s step back a second and ask another question.  Why in the world would they want to be involved in something who’s core values are dissimilar to their own.
